Where Your Money Goes

Using the following automators you can look up your congregation's giving simply by using your congregation's pin number. Also, you can enter your estimated future giving manually in the 2013 automator to aid in budgeting.

Opening the File: This analysis is provided as an Excel (xlsx) document (Note: The spreadsheet requires Excel 2007 to function fully). To open the file, simply click on the report you want to view. A dialog box will appear, prompting you to either "Open or Save the folder." Save the file to your desktop and then open the file using Excel.

Troubleshooting: Some versions of Internet Explorer save the automation workbooks as a "zip" file. To resolve this, please read the troubleshooting instructions guide on how to rename the file to the correct file extension. Congregational Giving Reports

Giving reports are provided to help analyze giving patterns, acknowledge top giving congregations, and much more.

Reports are provided as Excel (xls) documents. Click on the statistical period needed and save the file to your computer. Each Excel worksheet contains giving data through the period stated for the current year and prior year. Please contact John Goebel at jgoebel@disciples.org with questions.

Comparative Offering Reports

Comparative offering reports compare offering totals for the current year to totals for the previous year. Reports are offered as Adobe PDF documents.

If you would like copies of unlisted reports, please contact John Goebel at jgoebel@disciples.org. Be sure to indicate the month and year of the desired report.

Historical Giving by Congregation

Using the following automator you can view your congregation's historical giving simply by using your congregation's pin number.

Opening the File: This analysis is provided as an Excel (xlsx) document (Note: Spreadsheet requires Excel 2007 to function fully). To open the file, click on the file link below. This will open a dialog box prompting you to either "Open or Save the folder", click "Save". After saving the file to your desktop (or other location,) it can be opened using Microsoft Excel.
